AGM 2021

Our AGM will once again be held online this year in order to keep everyone as safe as possible. We invite all members to attend by joining us Zoom on Wednesday 21st July at 7.30pm.

You can now download the nomination form for the committee through the button below this should be sent to the email address stated on the form before Wednesday 7th July.

We ask that those joining the AGM confirm their attendance prior to the AGM so that we can make sure you have access to the meeting. To do that please click the button below and in the email confirm your attendance. Alternatively apologies for those who cannot make it should be made to Margaret at margaret.rose.robinson@gmail.com. AGM packs will be emailed to all members prior to the AGM date.
